Carlos Uria started Carlos Interiors in March 1979 as a slipcover fabricator,a trade he learned from his uncle. He is originally from Bolivia. He is married to Cristina his partner in life and business. Carlos is a talented experienced interior designer and a Certified Installer for Hunter Douglas.

Cristina Uria is an Interior Designer and Co-Owner of Carlos Interiors. She is originally from Colombia. Cristina has 31 years of experience in the field of Interior Design, including residential and commercial design. strengths in project management and product specification. She has a working knowledge of current styles and trends, outstanding communication skills and a commitment to client service. She enjoys the challenges of meeting the clients' specifications, budgeting and working with classic and current styles. She, her husband Carlos, and their three children live in Davidsonville, MD.

Jean Desmond has been in the design field for over 15 years. She is a former award winning designer with Ethan Allen Annapolis, MD. Also previous owner of The Designers Key in Davidsonville, MD. She worked with HGTV on their 2002 Dream Home in Sherwood, MD. She joined Carlos Interiors in 2008 as a part time office manager.

Gina G Courbron, IDS, IRIS, is a professional and certified Interior Designer and Home Stager with over 21 years experience in the interior design profession. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Her career started with Ethan Allen where she started as a designer and worked through several positions until she became the General Manager for the Annapolis, MD store. Gina also worked for two interior design firms that merchandised model homes, and as a Whole House Designer for EXPO Design Center In Columbia. She has also been teaching various interior design classes at local community colleges for many years, has given various interior design presentations on several cruise ships, and has written many articles for local publications. Gina joined Carlos Interiors in June of 2010.

Lisa Bagbey, Allied ASID, CfYH, has over 10 years of applied experience as a professional Interior Designer and Home Stager. She is an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and a Certified Color Consultant through Sensational Colors for Your Home (CfYH). As the previous owner of SpaceLifts Home Staging, Lisa was successful in helping homeowners prepare their homes for selling. Many of her clients were so impressed with the redesigns, that they
hired her to decorate their new home through Lisa Bagbey Interiors. Lisa draws from her years of education, training, and experience to offer her clients creative and original interiors that are exquisitely timeless. She specializes in window treatments, color consultations, and residential/office space designs. Lisa joined Carlos Interiors in 2012.

Rudy Santos joined Carlos Interiors in 2006 as an installer. In 2009 he became workroom manager. He is currently a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer. He is part of the family owned corporation as the son-in-law of Carlos & Cristina Uria.

Francisco (Kiko) Tolentino joined Carlos Interiors in 1988. He is originally from The Dominican Republic. Kiko is a master upholsterer who learned his craft in Frederick MD. The work he produces is exceptional in quality.
